Seven Seeds – Carlton

Apologies for the dodgy photo quality though I thought I’d just quickly share my first dining experience at Seven Seeds.  For lunch I had a Vietnamese style baguette with fried tofu, coriander, pickled carrot & daikon, cucumber, mint and lemon juice ($13.50) and a pot of tea (yes it’s a coffee place predominantly, though I like tea!). The menu item actually has sriracha mayo, though after inquiring if I could leave this off thanks to my stupid egg allergy they kindly changed it to a generous squeeze of lemon juice. The whole thing was so wonderfully fresh and quite filling. Not the cheapest of sandwiches, though well worth the treat :)
